It is our HONOR to invite you to join us June 5th-10th 2025!!!

We will be together on the beautiful Island of Maui for an immersive 5 days of yoga, relaxation, dance and self discovery! It is our goal to create an experience where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and truly able to connect to your own bodies, clear your mental chatter and learn to refocus your awareness in the moment. We will move, breathe and find stillness as we journey into our own bodies to strengthen a deeper connection with ourselves. Our time on Maui will be both peaceful and playful, intimate and expansive, and deeply spiritual. Every moment will be dedicated to helping you uncover a renewed sense of vitality, joy, and inner peace.

Daily Yoga & Meditation: Flow through rejuvenating yoga sessions designed to balance your body and calm your mind. Expect both nurturing practices and invigorating sequences, all tailored to help you awaken your inner energy.

Sacred Dance: Movement is a powerful gateway to self-expression and healing. Experience transformational dance practices that allow you to release, celebrate, and reconnect to your soul’s rhythm.

Healing Energy Practices: Embrace the natural power of the land as we integrate energy healing techniques to align, restore, and activate your full potential.
