I’ve been on the move since I was a kid—swimming, climbing, jumping, and exploring the world around me. I was always in the water, at the beach, or up on the mountain exploring the woods. Hiking, surfing, diving, fishing, paddling canoes—anything that involved nature, I wanted to try. Through this lifestyle and being born and raised in Hawaii, I found a deep love for nature and the natural flow of energy that connects EVERYTHING.
I discovered Iyengar Yoga at the age of 17 thanks to my amazing mother. At the time, I was struggling with adolescent life, trying to navigate the social ladder of school and find my interests in life and competitive sports. Yoga was my gateway back into the light, so to speak. Over the next year, I fell in love with the practice of yoga and the energy it created inside of me. Wanting to share what I had discovered, I completed my first teacher training in 2014, and I have been teaching ever since—loving every moment of it!
Since then, I have taught at numerous studios on Maui as well as internationally while traveling through Southeast Asia in my 20s. I have led retreats and workshops and have been a part of many amazing events in the world of yoga and movement.
I went on to complete my NASM-CPT Personal Training certification, and Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist (FRC-MS) certification, which has deepened my knowledge of the body and how it is designed to move. I continue to learn, grow, and expand my knowledge in the interest of my own health and well-being, as well as that of my students/clients. I believe learning is an endless journey, and we all learn from each other. I welcome practitioners of all levels and backgrounds and aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

I have a foundation in Hatha Yoga. My passion is in creative movement, Handstands, arm balances, having fun and an overall ease of movement is what I strive for. I have over 1000 hours of practice and education over the past decade, learning from various teachers and courses aimed at expanding my knowledge and understanding of the Human Movement System and how to best support our bodies health and wellbeing throughout life. As of 2025, I furthered my continuing education with a certification in NASM Personal Training and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC).
