REGINA PADILLA ~ E-RYT ~ NASM-CPT~REIKI

I’ve been on the move since I was a kid, swimming, climbing, jumping and exploring the world around me. I was always in the water, at the beach or in up on the mountain exploring the woods. Hiking, surfing, diving, fishing, paddling canoes… anything that involved nature, I wanted to try it. I found a deep love for nature and the natural flow of energy that lives in everything.

I found yoga at the age of 17 thanks to my amazing mother. I had been struggling with adolescent life and it was my gateway back into the light, so to speak. I fell in love with the practice and the energy it created inside of me, and I wanted to share it. I completed my first teacher training in 2014 and I have been teaching every since and LOVING every moment of it!

Since, I have gone on to teach at numerous studios on Maui as well as internationally while I traveled in my 20’s across SE Asia. I have led retreats and workshops and have been apart of so many amazing events in the world of yoga and movement.

I continue to learn, grow and expand my knowledge in the interest of my own body and my clients. I believe learning is an endless journey and we can all learn from each other. I welcome practitioners of all levels and backgrounds and aim to create a space that feels comfortable and inspiring.

If you are interested in learning more about the body, how it’s supposed to move and learn fun creative new ways to train your bodies to move correctly with less pain and stiffness, or you simply want to deepen your practice. Maybe you’r curious about getting upside down… Whatever it is, I’m here to help you reach your movement goals in a safe, fun and effective way.
